ROG B550-I - JONSBO NAS Assembly Stalls at American Megatrends Press F1 for Setup
I've attempted to recreate the JONSBO NAS setup. This is my first PC build. The best result was reaching the "American Megatrends" display. When I hit that point, either nothing appears on the screen or BIOS recovery isn't detected and I need to flash the BIOS. My keyboard functions properly, so when I press F1 it clears the screen but leaves nothing visible. My GPU is connected through a riser. Any suggestions for getting this system to boot successfully?
Begin by disconnecting all unnecessary components to allow the machine to power up. Install one stick of RAM, leave drives off, unplug audio and front USB ports, connect the GPU straight to the motherboard rather than through a riser. After setting up the minimal configuration, attempt to turn it on based on the images you have—this will likely be challenging due to the compact build.
