When I start my Rockstar launcher and play GTA V, it displays "run GTA v using rockstar launcher," even though I'm already using the Rockstar launcher. What's happening?

This situation has occurred before and was resolved by restarting, but this time it didn't work. I attempted all possible solutions, including reinstalling the launcher, yet the issue persists.
