They recognized their shortcomings and aimed to improve. However, your constant negativity remains unchanged... Truly impressive.

Get ready for slow frame rates for many players! I experienced minor improvements in FPS only after seeing an explosion in GTA IV on my computer.

Similar to Ubisoft and EA, most organizations and businesses have made mistakes, either deliberately or not, affecting customers and the market. When they issue apologies, it’s often about protecting their image rather than genuine change. They appear sincere but mainly aim to maintain a loyal customer base, hoping you’ll keep buying despite past issues. These companies prioritize profit over people, focusing only on keeping you engaged so you’ll continue spending money on their products.

These representatives typically lack understanding of the company’s efforts and show little interest. They’re professionals who seem to remember very little about Max Payne 3, which ran exceptionally well and remains a favorite among fans. It offered solid support and an engaging multiplayer experience. Not to mention the PC release of GTA V will include MANTLE compatibility—clearly showing they aim for better performance on PC. This is definitely proof they’re not just planning to abandon it but are genuinely trying to improve it. Keep an eye on what comes next, at least give them a fair shot. As for Mr. Sterling... I listened to his recent podcast and found him to be one of the most irritating individuals I’ve encountered. At first I thought TB was annoying, but he gradually improved. Sterling’s confidence is almost as outdated as TB’s performance, claiming his views are unmatched while dismissing others as foolish. In essence, he’s content with mediocrity. If you don’t mind it, why bother posting here? There are many who truly care. I’ve always been passionate about GTA since I was young—new releases always spark excitement. By now, it shouldn’t matter anymore. Since GTA V came out, no top-tier open world titles have been released. It received near-perfect ratings across all platforms, shattered sales records, and clearly captured everyone’s attention.

Perhaps it was overly promoted at first and offers very little beyond the multiplayer feature. The rest of the game resembles GTA IV but adds less engaging content that few players enjoy.

They're targeting the lower end What will make a X360/PS3 conversion seem weak is simply normal performance on a PC, meaning it won't stand out much since we're accustomed to that quality. If they claimed otherwise, they'd likely face criticism in reviews.
