I’m experiencing frustrating performance issues with my gaming setup – a Dell XPS 15 (9550 laptop) connected to a 144Hz monitor. For approximately a year, I've been able to play Rocket League without problems, but recently, I’ve encountered significant FPS drops, consistently falling below 15 for at least 30 seconds every few minutes. This is making the game unplayable and I’m desperate for assistance.
I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps like rebooting my PC and disabling G-VVR background recording, but the issue persists. I'm not sure what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Update: I launched task manager while the problem was occurring.
Disk usage 95% with almost all of it being from the “system” process.
