I own a 4790k and a 1080ti, and I just got a new monitor lg 34uc79g-b. At first, everything worked perfectly on the monitor RL with no problems. Recently, I noticed stuttering while playing games. I've tried all possible fixes except reinstalling Windows 10. I moved to an older Dell screen at 60Hz, transferred game files to an SSD, and even used my 980 ti, but the issue persists. Any suggestions for a solution that avoids triple buffering V-sync since it only helps and isn't available due to input lag?

I'm setting up the connection by plugging the monitor into the HDMI or DisplayPort port on the graphics card.

The DP cable included with the device makes noise when you switch to different cables, even though I haven’t noticed a clear distinction when using non-LG models.

Turn off Fast Startup in Windows 10, then restart your computer. If this doesn’t work, also disable the Game Bar, Game DVR, and Game Mode.
