I really hope it works out. I recall playing a modified version of "Frets on Fire" when I couldn't afford RockBand or Guitar Hero back then. If Rock Band arrived on PC, I'm sure I'd try it. It's a nice little party game. The new Steam Workshop feature sounds especially promising.

I recall those frustrating moments with Frets on Fire; my PC struggled to keep up at normal speeds. There was already a Guitar Hero version for PC (probably GH3), but I’m hoping developers will make it possible for Microsoft and Sony to support cross-purchase DLCs.
