I set up the AMD drivers first, then installed apps such as Discord, etc., followed by games like Roblox, GTA, and Dirt Rally. When joining a game, it appeared pixelated in an unusual manner. Video is attached. Note: I only watched the video after reviewing it; I recorded it on my phone and will share that one. Thanks! VID_20241029_120622.mp4

I don't know if you can activate it within Roblox.

I play less often, but my favorite activity is a GTA roleplay server.

I concur, this seems to be screen tearing due to VSync disabled. (Or the variable refresh rate is not active, provided both your graphics card and monitor support it.)

It seems your screen is an older Philips model. I'm sure it's not working properly.

In this scenario, VSync limits your games to 60 frames per second so they align with your 60Hz display refresh as closely as feasible. (Provided your system can handle at least 60 FPS.)

Checked if boosting the maximum frame rate in Roblox settings. Used escape key to navigate tabs. New feature introduced in the latest update.

Your monitor runs at 60 Hz, which is standard for most displays. You're playing at 200 FPS because your PC is powerful enough to handle it. The price of $2000 gives you the performance needed for smooth gaming.
