I recently purchased a new computer. The specifications are as follows: Asus B850M-Plus TUF (WiFi), AMD Ryzen™ 7 7800X3D CPU, DeepCool AK400 Zero Dark, Kingston NV3 2TB NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, Corsair 32GB DDR5-6000 Vengeance, Asus GeForce® RTX 5070 12GB Prime, Corsair RM750e 750W 80+ Gold (Modular), Windows 11 Home. The operating system was preinstalled. However, I am unable to access my BIOS. I contacted the retailer who sold it, and they advised restarting with advanced startup, but that didn’t work. I also tried using the run dialog and pressing F2 and DEL, which resulted in a longer startup time but no reboot. Occasionally, some options lead to a black screen instead. Any advice would be appreciated.

Restore it. They need to repair it. This wasn't intended as a task for you.

Reached out to the retailer once more. They informed me that Samsung Odyssey monitors might make it difficult to reach the BIOS, since they tend to take a long time to power up. Since one of my monitors is an Samsung Odyssey, I removed it from the setup and tried accessing the BIOS. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to adjust the setting I intended to change - but that wasn't the main issue.
