Broadcasts will reach every one of the four switches, presuming only a single VLAN is involved. Unclear if this applies to multiple switches instead of just one.

It mainly comes down to how tougher it is to manage many cables from one location versus a few spread out to key spots. For my setup, running everything centrally isn't feasible, but evaluating this during planning makes sense. If the place were vacant, I’d definitely explore it.
