You have a Ryzen 7600X with an MSI MRX B650 EDG Wi-Fi MB 48GB RAM (4 sticks at 6000MHz, but max they reach is around 6000MHz). Your storage includes three 512GB SSDs and one 3.2TB HDD. System runs Windows 11 PRO with XFX Quick 309 GPU, 360AIO Cooler, 1000W 80 Gold cooler, and a Lian Li OL dynamic XL case. GPU is mounted vertically on an ANC bracket. Temperatures range from 38-45°C at idle (with 0.5V undervolt), dropping to 65-80°C during gaming/streaming (18-35°C). RAM supports speeds up to 3800MHz without errors. You're located in South Africa—let me know if that helps.

Conditions seem ideal with temperatures in the 65-80°C range, which is typical for a 7600X during gaming. It maintains a set point at 95°C and won’t restrict clocks or power until that temperature. Temperatures below 95°C are beneficial, boosting performance even at 80°C. Frame rate changes aren’t linked to CPU temperatures. Expect maximum performance with the Ryzen 7600X at 6000Mhz; the Ryzen 7000 series strongly dislikes extra RAM or storage. Use two sticks instead of four for smoother operation. To safely overclock, enable PBO and run a Curve Optimizer.

Consider adjusting your RAM speed from 5800MHz to 5400MHz to observe any changes.

Thank you everyone. I didn’t realize the 7000 series doesn’t support 4 sticks of RAM, so I’ll switch it to 2 sticks totaling 64GB.

That's perfect. This explains why we're seeing 2x24 and 2x48GB DDR5 RAM sets. It's needed for more RAM with two sticks to back the Ryzen 7000 series. A 6000Mhz CL30 is the optimal choice.
