As you observe, I adjusted the voltage to 1212 from 1200, and the overclock worked well. The temperatures remained normal, and frame rates increased significantly. Does changing the voltage impact the GPU's lifespan? If so, by how much should I adjust it?

12mV represents only a slight rise; i wouldn't be concerned unless temperatures are extremely high or you're applying more than 100mV.

When temperatures are typical, it's acceptable.
It's the heat that reduces longevity.
