I understand this topic has been talked about many times and can feel really tough. Coming from a static overclock experience, adjusting to just pbo can be confusing. With this new CPU coming, I'm focusing on doing the research properly. I'm looking for suitable software to review results and some simple steps in plain language about the process. I've heard process lasso is helpful for matching the right cores for gaming, and ECLK can boost clock speeds beyond normal.

Here are the full specifications of the system and I'm eager for any feedback, plus links to useful articles...

Begin with an extreme cooling approach. Ryzen remains sensitive to heat, regardless of efforts, so high temperatures are essential to manage.

PS: PBO isn't about overclocking.
PS2. Think about removing the case, as the IHS is too bulky and limits airflow.

It is correct. PB isn't a precision boost enhancement. PBO acts as an override of the precision boost with values exceeding permitted limits. It doesn't surpass the maximum clock speeds but enhances the total clock time of all cores in comparison to just PB. It functions similarly to enabling unlimited power on Intel while keeping clocks restricted (MCE disabled).

It's all about the details now.
The core idea is beyond what's expected, even if it doesn't really push performance.
PB is the standard boost, PBO is the one that goes beyond specs, but it doesn't actually overclock and still cancels your warranty.

The cooling process will take place in a 7000d using a 420mm Corsair AIO with six fans that operate in push/pull mode. Additional four 140mm fans will be added, along with three 120mm fans on the side area.

The 7950x3d multiplier is fully unlocked, yet the manufacturer is blocking overclocking in the BIOS.
