RMA Inquiry: RAM Stick Failure Reported
RMA Inquiry: RAM Stick Failure Reported
Hello, I own a 2x8GB G.Skill F4-3000C15D-16GVRB setup. One stick failed after removal, but the other worked. When I swapped the good stick into the same slot, it wouldn’t boot. For the RMA process, should I send both sticks because of timing and a return policy, or just the faulty one in case the old unit is still available? I reached out to G.Skill support via email but haven’t received a response yet. I need this resolved quickly since I’m in school and also preparing for the 2042 release.
The details will be specified in the RMA once acceptance is confirmed. In every situation I've observed, they always need the complete collection.
Thanks, I'll send the RMA and check their response. I'm just happy they offer a lifetime warranty.
