No, if you didn't overclock, tweak, or interfere with anything, then you're likely 99.99999999% safe since the software shouldn't alter anything.

In the agreement they claim no responsibility for damages. Yet how could something like a revaltuner affect a PC? Standard legal terms. But if you combine overclocking with turning fans off and your system fails, it isn't their fault.

Overclocking excessively and attempting to run a game without proper knowledge can harm a card. Often fixing the overclock can restore everything, but sometimes it causes irreversible damage quickly. Some believe pushing the slider to 5000mhz and pressing apply is risky. Rivatuner allows tweaking BIOS settings and possibly unlocking shaders, which can also lead to damage. Writing the incorrect file onto a $1200 GPU lacking dual BIOS support results in immediate failure.
