I recently chose to swap out my old Intel "Cored" machine for an AMD Ryzen 7 2700 + AsRock X470 Taichi...
Now I'm picking RAMs that are affordable but allow overclocking.
I prefer the RJ 5 2666Mhz [F4-2666C19S-8GVR], as it's the only one available locally, though it only supports 2666MHz. I want to push it to 2933MHz or even higher...
Can that be done?

It is advisable to purchase RAM that matches the required speeds or desired performance. For Ryzen mainboards, it is recommended to choose a kit from the manufacturer's 'certified/approved' list.
