I'm not sure if I'm in the right sub forum, but are there any changes that could fix my desktop icons to appear on the right side instead of the left? Thanks in advance :3 Also, I need new icons placed on the right side of the screen.

That's odd indeed... also notice how they're consistently positioned on the left.

I don't understand why moving them manually seems complicated, but... you can try Fences by Stardock to automatically position them on the right side. It also provides numerous additional features you won't need to use. This is the most common method for what you wanted, especially for users with multiple monitors.
