It's the only board I've seen that accommodates the cable in that way. It would make more sense if it followed standard practices, though. If you're aiming for a higher performance level, consider connecting your 24-pin and 8-pin connectors to the motherboard's back for seamless cable routing. /s Also, all components above 2666Mhz are typically overclocked by the motherboard. It's not unusual for a board to support memory speeds up to 3200Mhz, though 4133Mhz is quite advanced.

Keeping it fresh with the best possible ideas is the goal. The 24-pin header setup seems more intuitive, avoiding awkward bends and aligning with standard practices.

The two slots versus four seem suited for high-performance builds focused on overclocking. What I've heard suggests it could lower latency by letting you use one DIMM per channel to boost bandwidth, while keeping both channels near the CPU instead of spacing them apart for a single DIMM.
