RGB Troubleshooting Guide for RDY IBUYPOWER PC
Hey there! I'm trying to fix my RGB control for the AIO and case fans. I bought this prebuilt unit from ibuypower (link provided), and before, it worked fine on those fans. Recently, they're all black except for the RAM, which is still responsive. I've also installed MSI Center and HYTE Nexus, but neither of those apps updates the RGB settings properly. It's strange since it worked before, but now it seems unreliable. I've checked the RGB controller and the connections to the motherboard, everything looks plugged in correctly. Any advice or help would be really appreciated! Thanks.
Remove all the wires and try plugging it back in again. Check if any are connected together.
I notice something unusual about their past behavior. It seems like a software problem, though I’m willing to test it. (The initial startup felt strange and only occurred after resetting after 30 minutes of using MSI Center.)
