I recently upgraded my RAM with two 16 GB modules (totaling 32 GB) from TridentZ Neo. The problem I’m facing is that only one stick per channel displays RGB, and only half of the RAM is being recognized. I recall there were BIOS settings I had to adjust when installing the original RAM, but I don’t remember the exact steps. This issue occurs on a Ryzen system.

Confirm the positions are right and ensure everyone is seated properly. Activate XMP in the bios to avoid any related issues.
