I'm working with 2x8GB Crucial Ballistix RGB 3200 RAM on an Asus TUF B450 board and using Armoury Crate for my RGB setup. This problem has been ongoing for a while. Ideally, the files would display correctly (like this: working.mp4), but at boot time it often switches to flickering. flickering.mp4 shows the issue—colors alternate between the sticks in slow motion. It seems both RAMs are supposed to get their intended colors before switching. I can try two solutions: 1) Restart until it stabilizes, or 2) Set a matching RGB profile so both sticks display consistently. Windows 10 is current, Armoury Crate is updated, and this has persisted across several OS versions. I don’t want to reinstall Armoury Crate because the last time it failed, everything stopped working for two weeks, and now I’m skeptical about RGB being reliable. I only use Ballistix MOD on my PC, which is inactive but necessary for this functionality.

I don’t know, the flickering RAM seems pretty interesting, not a dull or smooth gradient like others. Maybe try some different RGB software to check if it helps.
