Hello friends, I've been trying to understand the internet and watching videos, but I'm still struggling to grasp what's happening. I hope someone with a calm mind can assist me. I recently purchased an RGB CPU cooler (Cooler Master Masterlite 120) and installed it. However, my motherboard doesn't have RGB pins, which I noticed from the Asus Prime 250m-A. It's working fine without any RGB, but I'm wondering if it's possible to add RGB support. Could anyone help me figure this out? Thank you for your time and support!

Yes. It seems you’re considering two options: A. get an RGB controller using SATA ($2-$5) or B. go without RGB.

The RGB controller manages color settings. You should connect your RGB device to the appropriate pin on the SATA interface and power it up. Check the manual for specific wiring instructions.

They supply energy for the RGB illumination in the fan and strip. They also manage the lighting settings programmed on the controller, such as switching between single colors, gradual transitions to rainbow effects, etc. These products can be found at the provided links, though they tend to be pricier in the United States.

You're welcome! I've been reviewing it a bit. Since you're from Europe, would you prefer purchasing both items or can you opt for the one listed under? It depends on whether both are necessary for it to function properly. Thanks again!

You have the option of choosing between two, but one comes with a superior controller.

Check the one with the better controller. It should link to your Asus MB (My MB is: Asus Prime B250M-A). I searched a bit but couldn<|pad|> to locate it. Someone suggested using the USB pins at the bottom—could that work? Let me know what to do. Thanks!
