I'm experiencing issues with my RGB fan on the Aero Cool Core Plus CPU cooler that switches on and off unpredictably. I've checked the installed programs for mouse and keyboard control and have this list: razer Synapse. It's been happening for two days. The system runs an Intel i3-9100F CPU at 3.60Ghz with a 4-core Radeon RX 480 and 16GB RAM.
