I performed a clean Windows setup and have my games stored on the second hard drive. To make Steam recognize them, follow the appropriate installation steps or check your game files for compatibility.

Open Steam settings, navigate to Downloads, and locate the Steam Library folders at the top. Insert the directory containing your games as a library folder.

You can set up a Steam library on your second hard drive, store the games there, and Steam will recognize them automatically. If not, right-click them, open properties, and check the game cache.

When you place a steam game on your second hard drive, the installation completes quickly and all your games from that location show up.
