Hey, your old setup is pretty outdated now. You had an Intel Pentium D 2.8 with 1GB RAM and a WD 5200 hard drive—previously ran FreeNAS for a while, but eventually moved on. I tried PFSeS too, but it didn’t last long. Recently, I switched to Lubuntu 14.04, which is running smoothly. I was thinking about installing Windows XP for a kid, but support stopped and pop-ups kept pushing me toward Windows 8.1. Lubuntu works well now—fast boot, good audio, USB, network all fine. The issue you’re facing with YouTube is strange; the CPU spikes to 80% and RAM hits 500-600MB. Adding an HD 5450 1GB seems like a cheap fix, especially since I got one for around $20 on Newegg. I also tried increasing the onboard video RAM in BIOS, but it didn’t help much. What do you think?
