This choice isn't the right fit for your needs. If you're considering it, this setup might not offer the best value compared to a more affordable option.

New developments are constantly emerging. Intel's 1151 chip might still exist, but compatibility with 300-series boards isn't guaranteed. AM4 is approaching its end of life. Zen 3 could be officially supported, though real-world backing might be limited. Alternatively, they might shift to another platform entirely.

Considering this, I think a setup like the one shown works well: a PCPartPicker list with item details, a motherboard from Amazon, and memory from Corsair. The prices are clear, shipping and taxes are covered, and the total comes to a reasonable amount. This approach saves money and makes it easier to upgrade later.

It wouldn't be worth the investment for an x570 since it doesn't provide much benefit for a 3600. Unless you're working on a project that requires PCIe 4.0 speeds, it won't add any real value. You might spot B450 matx boards on Amazon beginning at around $75 based on my last check.
