That is a very fine build. Though I would take Hellfire13's advice and purchase one of the new Nvidia cards instead of the R9 390.
Also, you may wish to purchase an SSD. It is a good idea to make an SSD your boot drive instead of a mechanical hard drive. Faster startups.

choose the new GTX 1070 over the R9 390...it's significantly quicker...besides, you're doing great.
