I would think about:
- Applying a negative voltage offset instead of a static one
- Adjusting the temperature range for precision enhancement to whatever level suits your needs, not forcing an all-core output
The goal is to maintain precision boost performance by fine-tuning its settings, allowing higher boosts on lightly loaded conditions and lower clock speeds for lighter loads.

But why?Below 95°c it shouldn't even throttle the CPU for temps, and you're more likely to reduce performance than increase it.
