I'm looking to buy H1Z1 on Steam and want to know if anyone has it and thinks it's worth it. My favorite gamer, Anthony Cumia from TheAnthonyCumiaShow, loves it and says it's all about taking down others and stealing their stuff rather than fighting zombies. He also mentions that having more items improves your chances of survival. His YouTube videos look good in terms of graphics. Does anyone here have it?
It's a free-to-play game, though you need to pay for early access right now. I'm planning to wait until it becomes free.
I got it when it came out and I really enjoyed it. I mostly played with friends a handful of times, trying to connect with others in the game. So far, it's been pretty effective compared to Day Z. This isn't a Pv2 title, so don't take anyone's advice to the contrary. If you have $20 to spend, go ahead and grab it. If you're not sure and have limited funds, just wait—eventually it'll be free.
Would you like a timestamp from the video where they talk about this? If my guess is correct, they’re likely referring to the streamer who might have experienced a slightly disrupted air drop during the initial beta release. This isn’t an accurate description of the current Air Drop model. People often hear someone mention an air drop as a risky situation. Other PCs on the map have roughly the same odds of receiving the loot compared to the person who paid for the call-in.
I've liked it each time I logged in. The p2w comments come from folks who haven't even played the game.
Don't have a timestamp, just watch the full video—it's designed to be educational.
