Turn off the laptop's key if you want to switch devices, and use the correct ISO file. You can do this by reading the instructions in the article here:

Location at the bottom right, mostly effective. Except for OEM keys tied to certain boards. About 9 out of 10 times it functions, and if it fails, you can turn it back on on the computer you previously disabled.

Make sure you identify the correct key version, as the ISO depends on that specific version. There’s no other source for it—only Microsoft can provide it. (This isn’t the current version you’re using, but the key type is important.)
