If you're looking to revert to version 10, you'll need to perform a fresh installation. It might also be worth using a debloat tool to enhance performance by removing unnecessary telemetry, just be careful not to erase any essential monitoring applications.

It's frustrating, but I'm willing to try. I'll check out the program and see if there are options to turn off telemetry. Thanks for your support!

I recommend using a debloat tool but consider running Winareotweaker followed by 'shutup 10' first since they provide sufficient removal. Perform a system restore afterward and attempt the debloat script for additional bloat elimination.
