I've noticed my setup drawing 65W at the wall when idle, but usually around 80W when it's active. I've seen the system pulling 300W from the wall while just running the community grid on my CPU. There are also instances of 630W being drawn from the wall simultaneously on both CPU and GPU. To be honest, I mostly run with PBO enabled and fine-tuned with CO.

Check out this update on the Intel Core i9-12900K with overclocking. It reportedly runs at 5.2 GHz and uses about 330 watts of power.
