I purchased 3000mhz RAM from Amazon a few months ago. I received it in June or July and have documentation. I’m considering returning it now because I no longer need it, even though the return window has passed. Do you think it’s possible to get a refund, or is there another way to recover my money? It seems like the box was discarded.

It seems the most effective option might be attempting to swap the RAM, though recovering your investment will be tough unless you secured a good deal initially. I’d just stick with it, honestly.

You can also reach out to Amazon support, and they might help you, though it depends on their decision.

You might want to reach out to Amazon, but discarding the package isn’t an option for returns—they won’t accept it as new. This isn’t related to Corsair either. You weren’t purchasing it from them.
