Emmmm. Yes. I've tried using retail Mode on my Honor 20 Lite with Emui and Android 10. At first I thought it was just a simple app, so I downloaded it from an APK file (maybe a mirror or pure APK, but they're the same version). I found a way to enter a 10-digit code (1122334455) and the password is correct. However, the phone crashes right after. Technical details: this app acts as an admin on the device. I attempted to uninstall it using the command line with ADB, but that didn't work. I tried downgrading the phone to Android 9 through HiSuite, but it didn't appear. I reset my phone, but the bootloader is locked by the app and I couldn't unlock it. I also couldn't run a command to access the unlocking menu. If I format the phone's memory, I might lose all data, including the Android system. What else can I do? Thanks for your help, and please correct my English if needed.
