When I power on my PC it shows very slow performance. Restarting might help, but the problem keeps coming back after a reboot. This began after upgrading from a 1060 3GB to a 6750XT. I’ve re-downloaded Windows several times since then. It seems the issue is related to graphics drivers. I installed AMD Adrenaline to get the drivers. System details: 5600X, 6750XT, Gigabyte Aorus B550I Pro, 32K RAM, 16GB X2 DDR4, 3200/4000 MHz, 650W PSU (original case), running Windows 11 Pro.

Describe the specific issues you're experiencing in detail. Mention any tests you've conducted and what insights HWinfo and frame time graphs provide during testing. Clarify whether you applied DDU to eliminate the prior Nvidia version before proceeding.
