I understand this has likely happened before, but I wanted to post my findings. I achieved 4.4GHZ @1.275v with deep cool castle 240ex AIO temps after 30 minutes of Aida 64 running at 75c and idle in the low 30s. This seems like a solid performance. My Cinebench R15 and R20 results are included below.

I've been thinking about switching from an R7 1700 at 4.2ghz to a 3600 MHz chip. Not sure if it's worth it—stock or custom—so I'm planning to use these specs later to judge the upgrade value.
