I've been attempting to boost my Ryzen 7 1700's performance and observed an unusual issue. Running Asus RealBench on my HDD (3.7 GHz, 1.250V) causes crashes and instability, whereas the same settings work fine with my SSD. I swapped out the HDD's SATA cable and tried a different header, but nothing resolved it. Could this indicate a problem with the HDD itself or another factor at play?
