Hi all. So, i just did the stupid mistake of putting a non-PCIe card backwards in Riser Slot 2, causing the mobo (Intel S2600GZ) to drop dead. Already tried taking the battery out for 1h, switching CPUs, RAM and PSU, to confirm that the mobo is in fact damaged and was wondering if there is anyway to revive it, by for example tracing which part is damaged and replacing it? Thanks!!

It seems fixing the board isn't worth the cost. You'll need someone with experience repairing boards, which can be costly quickly. It's better to purchase a new one.

Thank you for your feedback. Assessing its worth for parts versus the effort involved is key.
