I recently switched my ASUS Zenbook to Windows 10 after it had been running on Windows 11 for a while. As soon as I made the change, the speakers stopped working. I reinstalled all the drivers—including those from ASUS and Realtek—and updated the BIOS, but the issue continued. Both the Windows troubleshooter and Device Manager still recognized the system as working fine. The laptop in question is the ASUS Zenbook UM3402YA, equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 5825U processor and integrated graphics. Bluetooth headphones function correctly when connected, while the built-in speakers remain silent.

No, the sound source remains in the bottom right corner of the screen.

I've tested all audio sources, but "Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)" remains unavailable.
