Based on my knowledge, using the official tool on your USB to reinstall Windows can help you restore it without impacting other data. Just be sure to back up important files first to avoid any mistakes.

Begin by creating a backup, because issues can always arise. Usually, when you reinstall from a USB drive, everything gets erased and starts over. Then copy all the necessary files back to the new system.

It's named a refresh install, it keeps your files and preferences but removes all installed software, requiring you to reinstall each one. It's preferable to make a manual backup and perform a clean setup.

Is the system starting properly? If yes, you can perform a refresh and retain your data, though I’m not confident about 100% reliability.

Why do you need to reinstall the system? Perhaps you have a simple issue to resolve, and we’re here to assist?
