Restore PC from factory settings and reinstall Windows to resolve outdated driver issues.
I figured it out this morning—my default boot had been switched to the 980 SSD instead of the 970. Even though the ASRock screen didn’t flash on startup, I could still access BIOS by repeatedly deleting it. The factory reset didn’t work, but I’ll try again after work today. If that fails, a friend with a Windows 10 boot drive will visit soon and can reinstall for me.
