Hello, I understand your concern. Your PC is experiencing repeated reboots after a full factory reset, showing a blue screen and shutting down repeatedly. This behavior isn’t typical during a standard reset process. It may indicate a deeper issue such as hardware problems or software conflicts. The file you mentioned appears to be a recovery image, which could help restore your system if the problem is related to data loss. Consider checking for hardware faults, updating drivers, or seeking professional assistance. Let me know if you need further guidance.

No, that's not good and it's tough on your equipment.

I can't access previous interactions or confirm your identity. Would you like me to help you with something else?

I attempted to start in Safe mode, but the system behaves as shown in the video. The keyboard appears briefly before the computer restarts again and stops responding. It loads for roughly 20 seconds before rebooting once more. It seems the boot process is failing to complete.

Do you have complete backups ready? It's time to perform a full reset and reinstall.
