You need to dial a number that might be handled automatically, providing another key to enter. Or someone in India will contact you and trigger it for you.

It came from a Microsoft representative who offered to help for $60 but claimed he'd work remotely. After my frustration, he promised free assistance but by then I was furious enough to tell him to go away. I also thought it might have been a way to bypass Microsoft's system and get access to my files.
