Hi there! Your HP laptop seems to be experiencing performance problems, restarting often even after a full boot. You've already installed a clean Windows 7, but the issue persists. Could you share more details about the behavior or any error messages you see?

It's taking longer because of several factors. The current tasks you're running might be consuming resources. System usage is moderate, but performance can vary. Yes, the system does use an SSD, which generally improves speed.

I don't know why it is slow. it doesn't have ssd. Browsing mainly. The system usage jumps to 100% but after it restart itself is working fine.

Current applications are utilizing the CPU. Adding an SSD would significantly enhance performance.

Thank you for the guidance! It's not coming from the hard drive.

Scan the system for malware, and also check the laptop's temperature—it might be getting too hot.
