You're running dual boot with Windows and Ubuntu. To fully erase Windows, you'll need to remove or wipe the D: partition, which is shared between both OSes. Ubuntu relies on its own EFI partition for booting, so ensure it's intact. The recovery partition should be recreated during reinstallation of Windows. Keep BitLocker enabled on the C: drive to protect your data afterward.

For a fresh Windows setup, focus only on the C: drive. The installer will reuse the EFI and recovery partitions. Windows will replace the Linux bootloader. After reinstalling, you’ll need a Ubuntu live USB to recover the GRUB bootloader. Consider turning off BitLocker on both partitions before installation, then re-enabling it afterward.
