I’ve already made the updates. There’s nothing left to change. I’m using the digital key instead of the official CD key. To locate your CD key in your Microsoft account, check your account settings or the device registration section.

The digital code isn't the CD key I purchased or the one connected to my Microsoft account from the start. A digital key grants access to just a limited number of features.

Be aware that when you sign in with your Microsoft account on a computer that has a physical key, that key turns into a digital license. What functionalities are you missing? Since Windows is either enabled or disabled (and if it's disabled, you'll see that watermark at the bottom right).

Ignore it—no watermark present. Everything seems fine now.
