Heyo, the "Reset this PC" feature includes an option to preserve files, so it won’t completely delete anything. It should not remove programs or apps unless you specifically choose to wipe them. Files from other drives remain intact unless they’re on a different partition. Overclocking settings like RAM, CPU, and GPU are also reset during the process. No special USB program is needed—just follow the standard instructions provided. Edited December 15, 2019 by ImBumi

It depends on how the overlcocks are configured. In the bios it remains untouched, while in the os it gets overwritten. I believe it only refreshes the os and program files without affecting other drives. It's also wise to disconnect all other drives during installation. Probably better to use a usb stick for a fresh setup.

I'm considering a complete setup again as a final option. It would require nearly a full day to reinstall everything, which I don't have. It's been a while since I did the OCs, so I only recall using the GPU through Afterburner and other BIOS settings.

You're asking why you're resetting and what problems you're facing. Let's clarify your concerns.

Dropbox problems. Certain documents don't sync, which blocks the rest of my files and causes a crash when I try to access them. My manager is pushing me to reset everything.

For professional use, do you have an automated method to launch all applications? The Dropbox problem seems solvable independently.
