Restarting the windows to resolve the 66% stuck issue.
About an hour ago I changed the Windows 8 settings to reset my computer completely. It’s now showing the window logo with “resetting your PC xx%.” It’s been at 66% for roughly half an hour now, after which it started increasing steadily. Is the issue stuck or is it limited to a certain stage of the process?
