You can reinstall the Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 OEM disc and then upgrade to Windows 10. Your existing Windows 10 installation will still be functional after the switch.

You can simply download the Windows 10 ISO file and install it on the new boot drive, provided both storage devices have the same license and aren’t activated at the same time.

According to what I understand, the Windows 7 key can be utilized multiple times. Repeat it 7 to 10 times as intended.

When you upgraded from version 7 to 10, it should have been activated for version 10. Although I'm not an expert, I recently upgraded and performed a clean installation. It seems you likely can't jump directly from version 7 to a clean install—upgrading first is necessary before transferring the key.
