Hi everyone, I've been using the channel for a while now and feel pretty sure I set up my first PC successfully. But lately I'm facing some problems—my machine keeps restarting after about an hour of use. All drivers seem updated, I haven't overclocked, temperatures are normal, but the GPU hits 70°C and CPU around 50°C. It also shuts down unexpectedly while watching YouTube. My system runs Windows 11 64-bit, MSI Ventus 3060 Ti, Tomahawk B550, Ryzen 5 5600X, AIO motherboard, Corsair Gungnir 110R, case, and Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB. I've saved everything and really want to play games, but the cost is making me feel frustrated. It's been two weeks already, and it's been a lot of effort. I just hope it works for me.

Hi, thanks for your message. It seems there might be some misunderstandings about your GPU performance and software setup. Let me clarify a few points: the GPU usage around 40-50 when watching YouTube is normal, and booting into Windows works fine. The Event Viewer should appear in the Start menu if installed properly. If you're unsure about the Afterburner installation, try searching for it in your system settings or checking the official documentation. Feel free to ask more details!

I reviewed everything and everything looks okay. The problem seems unusual since it functioned properly the previous week.

I'll attempt to record it when it occurs.

Did you remove the plastic cover from the AIO head prior to installation? Retrieve full CPU and GPU temperatures using HWinfo64.

Sure, just double-checked that you didn’t miss any causes. You can search for "event viewer" in the Windows search bar—it’s part of the OS. In Event Viewer, go to the "Windows Logs" area and select "System." Look for entries marked "error" or "Critical." Ignore anything labeled "information" or "warning" if you’re not seeing those. Clicking any relevant event will show details in the text box below. Share any error or critical events you find here.
