upgraded processor from 12th gen i5 to 12th gen i7 and graphics card from msi 3060 to msi 3070, all functions launch and then cease, then restart again

Use the older GPU and attempt to start up once more. If it keeps restarting, repeat the process for the CPU. If neither resolves the issue, try reinserting the RAM. Occasionally, a loose connection can prevent startup.

Verify that all power cables—motor, CPU, GPU—are correctly positioned and firmly attached at each end.
